• Easily mounted and soldered to the PCB, versions are available to accept and reliably mate with either 0.110” (2.8mm), 0.187” (4.8mm), 0.205” (5.2mm) or 0.250” (6.4mm) size male terminals.
• These quick-fit receptacles are manufactured from brass alloy with a high luster nickel plated finish. They are suitable for 15 to 30 Ampere applications and will withstand shock and vibration. The receptacles hold male terminals securely, assuring a positive connection with a low contact resistance.
• These Quick-Fit terminals are in compliance with Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) component program, UL file number E201546. Also available is Cat No. 3557, a new, Universal Entry design for either Vertical or Horizontal tab entry.
• Availability is from stock through Keystone's Global Distributor Network. Application engineering services are available to meet special customer requirements.

PCB Quick-Fit Male Terminals

Highlighting the Keystone line is a group of PCB Quick-Fit terminals that feature .110”, .187”, .205” and .250” male tabs (2.79 mm, 4.75mm, 5.20mm and 6.35mm). Manufactured from .020” and .032” thick (0.51 and 0.81mm) brass with tin finish, they're available in both horizontal and vertical configurations. Their space saving design makes them ideal for use in dense areas and offers easy access for connecting and disconnecting Quick-fit female terminals.

“Sturdi-Mount” PCB Quick-Fit Male Terminals

The new product line includes both .187”, .205” and .250” (4.75mm, 5.20mm and 6.35mm) PCB Male Quick-Fit terminals. Manufactured from brass with tin finish, the terminals feature Keystone's unique “Sturdi-Mount” bases which dramatically increases terminal strength and stability. Terminals remain perpendicular to the PCB and stay parallel to adjacent terminals. The enhanced mounting minimizes the likelihood of terminal and/or solder joint fracture due to rough handling or forces applied during terminal mating.

These Quick-Fit terminals are in compliance with Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) component program, UL file number E201546. They meet the dimensional and functional requirements of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association specification number NEMA2-1982-(1988) and UL310.

UL Recognized Male Quick Fit Terminals

• For .110”, .187”, .205” and .250” Mating Terminals Available in Single, Dual and Multiple Tab Configurations
• Keystone's .110”, .187”, .205” and .250” Quick-Fit terminals (2.79mm, 4.75mm, 5.20mm and 6.35mm) with rivet type mounting bases are manufactured from tin plated brass and have 0.109” through 0.135” mounting holes (2.76mm to 3.43mm). These are available in single tab configurations.
• Supplied in .020” and .032” bright brass (0.51mm and 0.81mm), the selection of sizes also includes 45 and 90 degree configurations. These Quick-Fit terminals are available in .110”, .187”, .205” and .250” (2.79mm, 4.75mm, 5.20mm and 6.35mm) tabs and are offered with a selection of 2 through 5 pairs of 0.250” (6.35mm) wide male tabs.
• The 45 degree and 90 degree configuration Quick-Fit terminals are in compliance with Underwriters Laboratories Inc. component program, UL file number E201546. They meet the dimensional and functional requirements of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association specification number NEMA2-1982-(1988) and UL310.
